Happy 2023 and welcome to the first edition of pixel mail! A newsletter about my exploration through the cute old web. This time I'm talking about sozai/material sites!

Always surprising to see a site up for so long, when other sites like it have all gone to the wayside. As expected many images and links are dead, but there's enough to enjoy what the site has to offer. I particularly enjoyed the fonts pages, and downloaded a couple of new fonts! (The links don't always work, but if you search the name + creator you can usually find it.)

So bubbly and crystal clear! I love how light and fresh this design is. If this site was a drink it would be a peach soda with jelly.
